Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a **30% recurring commission** on the membership cost (excluding setup fees, taxes, and add-ons) for every customer they refer, for the **lifetime** of that customer's paid subscription.
Payment and Termination
- **Payment Schedule:** Commissions are paid out monthly, after a standard holding period (e.g., 30-45 days) to account for subscription cancellations and refunds.
- **Affiliate Status Termination:** 1stContact.ai reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program and cancel future commission payments **at any time** for reasons including, but not limited to, fraudulent activity, violation of terms, or inappropriate marketing practices.
- **Commission Cancellation Upon Customer Refund:** If a referred customer requests and receives a refund for their membership, the corresponding commission payment will be deducted or withheld from the affiliate's account.
**Important:** Payment of commissions may be cancelled at any time if the referred account is no longer active, in violation of terms, or at the sole discretion of 1stContact.ai.
